For the past 5 years Sue has been working with owners of empty properties to find solutions to the barriers they face in bringing them back into use as homes.  Sometimes it’s as straightforward as providing information about valuations for sale or let but often it’s weeks of hard work to get to the real underlying issues, building trust and helping owners work through a range of potential solutions.

 

Sue has access to a network of local businesses and organisations that all understand how important it is for the city to provide the support needed to turn empty properties back into homes.
